Rosalyn Kevisi, of Kindu village, near Lambeti in the Western Solomons, was a student and teacher at Kokeqolo Methodist School. She was the first local woman appointed to the government public service, as a trainee clerk in the WPHC Secretariat. (NS July 1958)
