Details

Constable Kikoni from Vella Lavella enlisted in 1944 as a scout in the Solomon Islands Defence Force. He became a Police Constable in April 1946 and served on the force until 1964, when he received a Colonial Police Long Service Award. (NS 15 Jan. 1964)
