Details

Brother Robert, born in 1884 in Italy, became a member of the Order of Marist lay brothers in 1917 after serving in the Italian Alpine Regiment in the First World War, and arrived in the Solomon Islands in 1920. He celebrated his diamond jubilee in the Marists in 1967. (NS 21 Mar. 1967)
